The Niagara-on-the-Lake Community Guide is produced twice a year and contains valuable information for residents and visitors alike. The guide's content covers a broad range of services and programs, including Town information, recreation and leisure activities, information regarding community groups and associations, religious services, facilities, tourism, culture, arts and much more! 

Submissions for the 2019 Spring & Summer Guide are now closed. The Community Guide was distributed in early March, 2019. Printed copies are available at Town Hall and the Community Centre, subject to availability. Submissions for the 2019 Fall & Winter Guide will open in May, 2019.

Time: Monday 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. and Thursday 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. 
Location: Auditorium, NOTL Community Centre
Cost: $7 *subject to change
Monday: Taiji Flow (all levels)- Learn Taiji without memorizing set routines.  Just go with the Flow and benefit immediately by mirroring the instructor who varies the whole body movements of authentic Taiji and Qigong to music.
Thursday: Taiji Cane Form (intermediate level)- The Cane Form is based on the Beijing 24-Form set routine and challenges the mind and body as the cane is manipulated in co-ordinated flowing motions. The general practice of Taiji benefits health and fitness and has been proven to decrease falls. Yimlei Molly Yep is a licensed TaijiFit Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer.

A well-established program in NOTL for women who stay active through low impact aerobics, core and strength training while improving balance and heart health. 
Paula is a certified aerobics instructor, and looks forward to a year of fitness and fun.  All welcome.  Eight week Spring Session commences Monday, April 1st.
