Q. Where can I purchase a resident parking permit?
A. Residents can purchase a 1-hour parking permit for $18 at the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake Municipal Offices located at 1593 Four Mile Creek Road in Virgil. See the Resident Parking Permits page for more information.
Q. How can I find out the Town's parking fees and time limits?
A. There are 2-hour, 4-hour, and 8-hour parking zones, as well as free parking at select locations.
Q. Where do I pay a penalty notice?
A. There are several ways in which a penalty notice can be paid. Please see the Paying a Penalty Notice section of our website for details. Please note, penalty notices received in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake cannot be paid at another municipality.
Q. I feel I have received a penalty notice unjustly, how can I dispute it?

Q. I am a U.S. resident and want to pay a parking ticket, can I send a cheque? How much do I make the cheque out for?
A. The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake accepts cheques written on U.S. bank accounts. All U.S. funds are accepted at par:
